We offer both physical and digital products. Each product listing clearly states whether the item is a physical product shipped to you or a digital download delivered instantly.

When will my order ship?

Physical orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as pre-orders or restocks).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer pre-orders or restocks?

Yes. Some oracle decks are offered as pre-orders or limited restocks. Estimated shipping timelines are always listed on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Please note that delivery times vary by location and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once a package is shipped, Divinely Crafted Co is not responsible for postal delays. If your package appears lost, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

How do digital downloads work?

After purchase, digital products are available for instant download via your order confirmation email and your Shopify account.

No physical item will be mailed.

Can I get a refund on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Can I print digital oracle decks or journals?

Yes. Many of our digital products are designed for home printing or professional print shops. Printing instructions are often included with your purchase.

How do I book a reading?

Readings can be booked directly through the Readings section of our website. Simply choose the reading that resonates with you and complete checkout.

How will I receive my personal reading?

Your reading is delivered as a recorded video sent to the email address you enter and verify at checkout. Please double-check your email before completing your purchase.

Where do I submit my question(s)?

On the product page, you’ll see a section labeled “Your Question(s) for This Reading.” Enter your question(s there before adding the product to your cart.

How long does it take to receive my reading?

Turnaround times vary by reading type and are clearly stated on each listing. Some readings offer same-day or expedited delivery.

How is the video delivered?

Once completed, you’ll receive:

  • A recorded video reading
  • Sent via email
  • With a private, unlisted YouTube link that only you can access

Are readings refundable?
All readings are non-refundable, as they are time-based, intuitive services. Please be sure to read the description before booking.

Is my reading private?

Yes. Your YouTube link is unlisted, meaning it cannot be searched or viewed publicly. Only you can access it using the link provided.

Can I watch my reading more than once?

Yes. You can watch your reading as many times as you’d like using your private link.

Do readings replace professional advice?

No. Intuitive readings are for spiritual insight and personal reflection only and should not be considered a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Do I need Canva Pro to use your templates?

Most templates are designed to work with Canva Free, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Can I resell or share templates?

No. All templates and digital products are for personal use only, unless a commercial license is explicitly included.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
