Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your personal reading.


📧 Email Verification Is Required

  • At checkout, you must enter and verify a valid email address.
  • Your recorded reading will be delivered to this email, so please double-check spelling before completing your purchase.
  • If the email is incorrect or unverified, your reading cannot be delivered.

📝 Submit Your Question(s) at Checkout

  • When you click the product description, you will see a section labeled “Your Question(s) for This Reading.”
  • Use this space to type the question(s) you would like answered.
  • Please be clear and specific with your questions to receive the most accurate and detailed guidance.

⏳ When & How You’ll Receive Your Reading

  • After purchase, your personal reading will be completed within the turnaround time listed on the product page.
  • Turnaround time is counted in business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your reading is complete, you will receive:
    • 🎥 A recorded video reading
    • 📧 Delivered via email
    • 🔒 With a private, unlisted YouTube link that only you can access

🎥 Private Video Access

  • Your YouTube link is unlisted, meaning it cannot be searched or viewed publicly.
  • Only those with the direct link (you) can view the reading.
  • You may watch your reading as many times as you’d like.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Readings are completed in the order they are received.
  • Once your reading has been delivered, all sales are final.
  • Missing questions or an incorrect email may cause delays in delivery.
